What is the problem of excessive leucorrhea and vulvar itching?

Heavy leucorrhoea and itchy vulva may be due to vaginal inflammation. Most common vaginal inflammations are Candida vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis. Itchy vulva due to Candida infection may be accompanied by white bean curd-like leucorrhoea.
Trichomonas vaginalis is caused by trichomonas and the vulvar itching is sometimes not very severe and is mainly manifested by increased leucorrhoea, which is yellowish-green and sometimes accompanied by foam. During a gynaecological examination, Candida infection can be seen as a congested, oedematous vulva with a large amount of curd-like leucorrhoea in the vagina; in trichomoniasis, congestion and oedema of the vagina can be seen and the leucorrhoea is yellowish-green and frothy, accompanied by a foul odour.
