Gastritis insomnia can be regulated according to lifestyle changes and medication. The two diseases should be regulated separately.
1. For gastritis conditioning: lifestyle changes should be made along with medication. Lifestyle modification is a regular routine, a light and digestible diet, and active physical exercise.
Proton pump inhibitors and gastric mucosal protectants can be used as medications. The most commonly used proton pump inhibitors include omeprazole. The commonly used gastric mucous membrane protection agents are misoprostol, aluminum thioglycollate and so on.
2. For the conditioning of insomnia: should first change the lifestyle, if the effect is not good and then use medication. Lifestyle modification is to try to advance the sleep time, before going to bed to relax the body and mind, such as drinking a cup of hot milk before going to bed, listen to soft music, soak your feet and so on.
Try to avoid doing intense stimulating exercise two hours before bedtime. If this effect is not good, you can use sleeping pills to regulate sleep, such as triazolam, eszopiclene and so on.
Drugs should be used under the guidance of a physician, to regulate insomnia, but also conducive to the recovery of gastritis.
