What’s with the black patches on your face?

Black patches on the face may be caused by a variety of reasons, such as excessive sun exposure, mental stress, improper daily care and other physiological factors, but also may be related to melanocytic nevi, seborrheic keratosis and other pathological factors.
1. Physiological factors:
(1) Excessive sun exposure: skin wrinkles and plaques are largely caused by photoaging. Due to ultraviolet radiation will activate melanin mother cells, with the continuous renewal of new cells to the skin surface, over time the pigmentation will form black patches.
(2) Mental stress: if you often have too much psychological pressure, mental tension, etc. may lead to hormonal imbalance in the body, easy to appear black patches.
(3) Improper daily care: If you often use cosmetics and do not do a good job of cleaning, the cosmetics will gather in the skin and lead to melanin deposition, which may lead to the appearance of black patches.
2. Pathological factors: black patches on the face may be caused by melanocytic nevus or malignant melanoma, seborrheic keratosis, etc. It may also be related to cirrhosis of the liver, advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, acromegaly and black fever.
