Treatment of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head

  1. Microsurgery technology is used, and the surgery is more delicate. 2, special instruments: In addition to high-grade imported surgical microscope and microsurgical instruments, the hospital is also equipped with a full set of special surgical instruments for the treatment of femoral head necrosis with fibular bone grafting, laying the foundation for the successful implementation of the surgery. 3, small incision, small trauma, short operation time: it takes about 1 and a half hours to cut the fibula with the conventional method, but only about 15 minutes to complete with the improved method; the ordinary method of transplanting the fibula needs to expose the femoral head, femoral neck and greater trochanter to complete the operation, and two large incisions of 20 cm and 10 cm have to be made in the front and side of the hip joint, respectively; while With the improved method of fibula grafting, only two small incisions of 8 cm and 2 cm are required at the above mentioned locations, and there is no need to expose all the above mentioned tissues, which naturally reduces the trauma significantly. In addition, thanks to the new and improved technique and the extensive surgical experience, the entire fibula grafting procedure (including slotting, removal of dead bone, fibula implantation and fixation, anastomosis of blood vessels, etc.) can be completed in about one hour, which really turns a major surgery into a minor one. This was unbelievable before the improvement of the surgical method, because it took about 4 to 5 hours to complete the process before the improvement. 4, good results: because the transplanted fibula is connected with blood vessels by microsurgery, it becomes “living” bone, so it can drive the femoral head to be alive after transplantation; in addition, the fibula is a hard cortical bone, which has a good supporting effect and can prevent the collapse of the necrotic femoral head after implantation. These two points are the biggest advantages that distinguish it from the general surgical method. 5, low cost: the total cost of fibula graft surgery is only about half of the total cost of replacing the common domestic artificial joint. 6, surgical indications: patients with stage 1 to 3 femoral head necrosis, especially for young adults; femoral neck fracture early surgery for internal fixation, and the fracture still has not healed after six months.
