Can I apply mask for cold?

Colds are, first of all, divided into hot colds and wind-cold colds. If the patient has a hot cold, the application of a mask generally has little to do with and affect the cold. However, if it is a wind-cold cold, patients are advised to apply the mask and avoid it if they can. Because the mask are cold, this alternation of hot and cold may aggravate the symptoms of cold; especially when the patient is weak, being stimulated by this cold may cause local vasoconstriction, thus triggering the aggravation of the condition. If you have to apply the mask due to special circumstances, you can soak the mask slightly with hot water to make the package of the mask warm before you open it on your face to avoid this temperature difference.
