What are the most obvious signs of lung cancer

Some of the more obvious symptoms of lung cancer are coughing, hoarseness, body wasting, hemoptysis, and fever. Often multiple symptoms appear, not necessarily the most obvious signs. 1. Cough: cough is the main manifestation of lung cancer, which is stubborn and has no effect after anti-infection treatment, and patients often show dry cough, often accompanied by chest pain. 2. Hoarseness: because lung cancer invades the recurrent laryngeal nerve, it may manifest as hoarseness. 3. Wasting of body: Lung cancer in advanced stage manifests as wasting of body, and even reaches the stage of malignant disease. 4. Hemoptysis: blood in sputum will appear when cancer cells rupture and bleed. 5. Fever: low fever is a common symptom of cancer, if there is infection, it can be high fever. Lung cancer patients may not necessarily have the most obvious signs, but may often be accompanied by the above symptoms.
