The fungus of foot fungus usually survives for only about three minutes in 100°C boiling water. Foot fungus is clinically known as tinea pedis and is caused by fungal infections. Common types of fungi include Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum canis, Microsporum ferrugineum, Trichophyton spp. and Candida. The temperature at which these fungi survive is usually 22℃-36℃, and the body temperature of human body is usually around 36℃-37℃, which is suitable for fungal survival, and this is the reason why human skin tissues are easily infected by fungi. When the temperature reaches 100℃, the structural components of fungi such as cell nucleus and cell wall can be denatured by proteins in a short time, thus making the fungi inactive. Fungus is not heat-resistant, usually 70 ℃ -80 ℃ water temperature can kill fungi, daily life washing shoes and socks, etc., do not necessarily need to use 100 ℃ of boiling water.
