After a woman gives birth, the normal discharge time of nightmare lasts about 4-6 weeks, but red nightmare, which cannot last longer than 14 days, is called nightmare. After delivery, as the uterine meconium is shed, the tissue containing blood and necrotic meconium is discharged through the vagina. Because of its color, content and time, there are three types of nightmare: bloody nightmare, plasma nightmare and white nightmare. Bloody nightmare usually lasts for 3-4 days after delivery and is more abundant, bright red in color and sometimes may have small blood clots, mainly containing large amounts of red blood cells, necrotic meconium and small amounts of fetal membranes. The main components are more necrotic meconium, uterine exudate, cervical mucus, a small amount of red blood cells and white blood cells. Therefore, after the birth of a child, the red colored malodex is the bloody and plasma malodex, which lasts for about 14 days. After the plasmacytic malodex is white malodex, which is named after the large number of white blood cells and the white color.
