Chickenpox starts to improve on the first day

The duration of chickenpox and the time of disease improvement varies with each person’s constitution, severity of the disease, and treatment method. Usually, chickenpox will appear one after another within 2-5 days of the onset of the disease, and after 4-5 days there is usually no new rash, and the original chickenpox herpes will gradually become cloudy, and then dried up and crusted, that is, around the 5th day chickenpox began to improve. If you apply antiviral drugs such as acyclovir in a timely manner in the early stages of the disease, you may not have a new rash after about 2 days of acne. However, if the disease is more serious and is not treated promptly early on, or if glucocorticoid therapy is applied, fresh chickenpox may still appear after 5 days. During the chickenpox attack and crusting period, you should avoid scratching with your hands to avoid bleeding or infection caused by scratching, which may leave scars. If the skin is more itchy, topical application of stove glycolic lotion can be used to stop the itching on the unbroken skin, or disinfection treatment with iodophor can be done at the same time.
