If a patient has this condition of tightness and pain in the chest after staying up late, consider that it may be due to an angina attack induced by staying up late. In the case of young patients or menopausal women, it is highly likely that the condition is not caused by a real cardiovascular disease, and a cardiac neurosis cannot be ruled out. The incidence of cardiac neuropathy is very high nowadays, and it often occurs in patients with high mental stress, long term strain and late nights. The first thing to do is to exclude whether it is an organic lesion. If it is not an organic lesion, we should consider whether the discomfort is caused by the cardiac neurosis itself, and suggest that the patient can undergo preliminary screening by electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and chest X-ray, and if necessary, coronary CT or cardiography to further clarify the diagnosis. Only with a better diagnosis can the corresponding medication plan be formulated.
