What are the three itches of bowel cancer

There are no fixed three places where bowel cancer itches. Some patients may have perianal itching and skin itching. Perianal itching: patients with early stage of bowel cancer may present with change of bowel movement traits, constipation, diarrhea and perianal itching, which may be caused by change of bowel movement pattern due to cancer, or due to tumor stimulation. Perianal itching appears atypical and cannot be used as a diagnostic indicator of bowel cancer. Itchy skin: some patients with bowel cancer may have itchy skin with the progress of the disease, and the site of appearance is not fixed. Itchy skin may be caused by the stimulation of metabolites produced by tumor cells, and the symptoms are atypical, or may be caused by other reasons. If patients suspect that itching is caused by bowel cancer, they should seek medical treatment for professional examination in time, and further examination should be carried out in the hospital if perianal itching or skin itching occurs.
