Treatment of myasthenia gravis

  1.Medication 1.Cholinesterase inhibitor: Bromipyridostigmine 60mg-120mg/dose, 3-4 times a day, if there is swallowing difficulty, you can take the drug 30 minutes before meal to ensure that the meal has taken effect.  2.Adrenocorticotropic hormone: Methylprednisolone shock treatment 500mg-1000mg/day, shock 3-5 days, gradually reduce the dose to 1mg/kg body weight to maintain. Until the symptoms are completely relieved and then stabilized for 1-2 months, start to reduce the dose, the whole reduction process takes more than 1 year. Human immunoglobulin: gammaglobulin 0.4g/(kg.d), 3-5 days as a course of treatment, for heavy patients and myasthenia gravis crisis.  II. Thymectomy 70% of patients can benefit from thymectomy, but most of them need medication after thymectomy.  III. Plasma exchange For myasthenia gravis crisis and refractory myasthenia gravis.
