A blood test report form is a routine blood report form. To properly analyze the blood report card, the main steps are as follows: First, see whether the number and ratio of white blood cells are in the normal range, and also see whether the number and ratio of all five types of white blood cells are in the normal range. Because the number of these cells, if not in the normal range, represent different clinical significance, such as elevated total leukocyte count, commonly seen in various infectious diseases, acute tissue injury, acute poisoning, etc. Decreased white blood cell count can be seen in certain viral infections, as well as after taking certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and anti-thyroid drugs. Second, look at the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration, because an increase in the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration means that the number of red blood cells in the blood has increased in density, which can be seen in chronic hypoxic diseases and myeloproliferative diseases. If the number of red blood cells decreases and the concentration of hemoglobin decreases, the most common diseases are various types of anemia. Third, look at the number of platelets. The decrease in the number of platelets can have a variety of causes, such as immune thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, etc. An increase in the number of platelets can be seen in acute infections, inflammation, and primary thrombocytosis, among other causes.
