Pressure pain on the left side of the asshole should be diagnosed and treated accordingly. The left side of the asshole with pressure pain is considered to be perianal abscess or external hemorrhoids.
1. Perianal abscess: that is, perianal abscess, is an acute suppurative infection, mainly manifested in the anus rear or lateral subcutaneous, accompanied by obvious redness, swelling and pain in the hard knot. It is usually small in scope, accompanied by persistent throbbing pain around the anus and other symptoms.
(1) Symptomatic treatment: if there is pain during defecation, paraffin oil or lactulose can be used to help defecation; warm water sitz baths can be used and local physiotherapy can be used to relieve the symptoms.
(2) Antibiotic treatment: Generally, intravenous cefuroxime, levofloxacin and other antibiotic treatment.
(3) Surgical treatment: at present, perianal abscesses are mostly treated by incision and drainage of abscesses + drainage, and regular postoperative dressing changes can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative anal fistula and other complications.
2. External hemorrhoids: when acute thrombosis occurs in hemorrhoids, it can be accompanied by severe anal pain, and the pain is aggravated when pressed.
(1) General treatment: warm water sitz bath can be used, local physiotherapy to improve local circulation, relieve inflammation. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are sometimes treated with hot compresses as well as topical medications such as Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoidal Cream.
(2) Surgical treatment: simple excision or thrombosed external hemorrhoid stripping surgery can be taken.
The left side of the anus has pressure pain, may also be anal fissure, anal fistula and other diseases. Should be timely to the regular hospital, clear diagnosis and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
