Cervical fibroids is a misnomer for the medical specialty name of uterine fibroids. When minimally invasive surgery for uterine fibroids is performed, hospitalization is usually required for 3 to 10 days, and if there are post-surgical complications, the hospitalization time will be extended accordingly. Clinically, minimally invasive surgery for uterine fibroids can be performed in two ways: minimally invasive hysteroscopic surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, and the specific hospitalization days are different. 1. Minimally invasive hysteroscopic surgery: this method is less traumatic, patients recover quickly, if no special circumstances occur after the operation, usually 3~4 days can be discharged. 2. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery: this method is relatively more traumatic, the patient’s recovery is a little slower, if there are no special circumstances after the operation, usually 5~10 days can be discharged from the hospital. It is recommended to keep clean before the uterine fibroid surgery, if there is gynecological inflammation needs to be actively treated to prevent infection during and after the operation, the number of days of hospitalization should be strictly in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
