Common clinical gastric diseases include gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer, etc. Different diseases are treated in different ways and can be treated by general, medication and surgery as prescribed by doctors.
1. Gastritis: If you suffer from gastritis, you may have epigastric pain, bloating, belching, nausea, loss of appetite and other symptoms.
You should eat a light diet, avoid overeating, and avoid eating too hard, too acidic, spicy and stimulating food; follow the doctor’s instructions to use omeprazole to inhibit gastric acid; magnesium aluminum carbonate to neutralize gastric acid; colloidal bismuth pectin to protect the gastric mucosa.
If there is Helicobacter pylori infection, can be used in combination with omeprazole + colloidal bismuth pectin + clarithromycin + amoxicillin. If the stomach pain is serious, atropine and scopolamine can also be used as appropriate.
2. Gastric ulcer: If you suffer from gastric ulcer, you can have epigastric pain, abdominal distension, anorexia, vomiting blood, black stools and other symptoms, and abdominal pain most often occurs within half an hour to one hour after meals.
The treatment can be Helicobacter pylori eradication; acid-suppressing drugs (e.g. famotidine, rabeprazole, etc.), gastric mucosa protection drugs (e.g. sodium bicarbonate, etc.) can also be taken to relieve the discomfort; if the conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical resection of the ulcer site can be considered.
3. Gastric cancer: Early stage, there are no obvious symptoms or only mild symptoms, such as fullness or hidden pain in the upper abdomen, mostly occurring after meals, accompanied by loss of appetite, belching, etc. With the development of the disease, weight loss, stomach pain, vomiting, black stools, etc. can also occur.
Surgical treatments such as lesion excision and endoscopic mucosal resection can be performed after evaluation by a doctor, and the treatment can be combined with radiotherapy or targeted therapy.
Suffering from gastric disease, patients are advised to consult a doctor in time to identify the cause of the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
