The following tests are usually required: Initial examination : 1. Ultrasound: any time of the menstrual cycle; Ovulation monitoring: from the 10th to 12th day of menstruation to after ovulation. 2.Sex hormone measurement: blood sampling on the 3rd day of menstruation. 3. Hysterosalpingography: 3 to 7 days after menstruation, no intercourse. –This you don’t need to do. 4. Immunological examination: anti-sperm antibodies. Check anti-endometrial antibodies and Ca-125 if necessary. 5. Semen examination: 3 to 7 days without intercourse and semen retained at the center.
