The easiest way to locate the Eight Organs is to first identify the location of the Second Organs point, followed by the Upper Organs, Middle Organs, and Lower Organs points in that order.
The eightios are the eight points of the foot solar bladder meridian that face the eight post-sacral foramina: one pair each of the upper, second, middle, and lowerios, so they are called the “eightios”. The easiest way to determine the eight pairs of points is usually to first determine the location of the second pair of points, followed by the upper, middle, and lower pairs of points, in that order.
The position of the point of the secondos is first determined by instructing that, lying prone, the point of the secondos is to be taken between the median line of the spine and the bladder yoke, in the depression of the second posterior foramen of the sacrum, that is to say, 1.3 to 1.5 cm. below the inner part of the posterior superior spine of the iliacs, and 2 cm. beside the median line.
After that, determine the Shangsiao point, which is about 2 cm above the second sacral foramen and about 2.5 cm adjacent to the median line. Then determine the position of the middleosiao point i.e. 2 cm below the secondosiao and about 1.5 cm open beside the median line. Finally, determine the location of the loweros point, which is 1.5 cm below the middleos and about 1 cm beside the median line.
The Baresiao point is a common and effective point used clinically to treat gynecological disorders, and acupuncture can be performed on this area to treat related disorders. However, acupuncture treatment requires professional skills, if you need to acupuncture treatment on the point of eight solos, you must go to a regular hospital, do not blindly acupuncture in order to avoid causing harm.
