Effects of Domperidone Tablets

Domperidone tablets work by enhancing gastric motility, preventing gastroesophageal reflux, and so on.
Domperidone Tablet is a gastric stimulant, which can promote gastric emptying, coordinate gastrointestinal motility and help digestion. It is mainly used to treat indigestion caused by delayed gastric emptying and esophagitis.
Meanwhile, Domperidone Tablet can increase the contraction force of the muscles of the lower esophagus, effectively preventing the reflux of food from the stomach to the esophagus, and can be used to treat gastroesophageal reflux and heartburn.
Before taking the medicine, it should be noted that it is forbidden for patients with mechanical gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, prolactinoma, breast cancer and so on. Combination with ketoconazole oral preparation, erythromycin, ritonavir and other drugs is prohibited.
It should be used with caution in pregnant and lactating women.It is contraindicated in infants under 1 year of age. Drowsiness, headache, rash, skin itching and a few other adverse reactions may occur after taking the drug, and these symptoms may disappear on their own after stopping the drug.
