Most gallbladder nodules do not usually cause panic, but for gallbladder nodules complicated by pain may cause panic symptoms, and in severe cases, cardiac abnormalities need to be ruled out. Gallbladder nodule belongs to a kind of disease, may be formed with bile stagnation stimulation, may have no obvious symptoms, may also manifest as right upper abdominal pain. Panic, i.e. tachycardia, can be a physiologic response or a manifestation of abnormal cardiac function. In terms of disease progression and presentation, most gallbladder nodules are not usually associated with panic. When gallbladder nodules are complicated by cholecystitis, the acute attack of severe pain can lead to reactive heart rate acceleration, which in turn manifests as panic symptoms. However, it is not excluded that there is a combination of cardiac function abnormality, so when gallbladder nodule is combined with panic attack, cardiac function needs to be clarified.
