Lung cancer is prone to multiple metastases in advanced stage, and bone metastases are especially common. The occurrence of bone metastases is mostly a manifestation of advanced lung cancer. After chest CT, bone scan, MRI, PET-CT, etc., the specific situation of bone metastases can be indicated. According to the pain situation of patients after bone metastasis, different types of pain relief drugs, such as non-steroidal drugs, weak opioids and morphine drugs, can be given to control patients’ pain as early as possible to prolong the survival period and improve patients’ quality of life. If bone metastasis occurs in advanced stage of lung cancer, chemotherapy is usually given, which can further control the degree of malignant metastasis of patients, slow down its development and relieve various pains, and pain can lead to further deterioration of patients’ general nutritional status and cachexia. Therefore, if bone metastasis occurs in patients with advanced lung cancer, analgesic treatment with chemotherapy should be the main treatment. If it is adenocarcinoma with gene mutation, gene targeting therapy can be given to prolong the patient’s life as much as possible.
