What kind of Chinese medicines can you take for malnutrition

1. Sijunzi Pill: composed of Radix Codonopsis, Poria, Atractylodes macrocephala and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, it has the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach), and is used for the treatment of deficiency of spleen and stomach qi, poor gastric appetite, and loose food and stools (stools are thin and not shaped).
Adverse effects and contraindications of this product are not clear. Sizunzi Pill should not be used for patients with cold and fever.
2. Four Substances Granules: composed of Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Radix Paeoniae Alba, with the efficacy of regulating menstruation and nourishing blood, it is used in the treatment of weak blood and menstrual disorders. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear.
