The recruitment point for the Stomach meridian is the Middle Epigastric Point.
The middle epigastric point is located in the upper abdomen, 4 inches above the umbilicus, on the anterior midline. How to take this point: Take the supine position, in the upper abdomen, on the anterior midline, the lower end of the sternum and the navel connecting the line of the midpoint is this point.
This point belongs to the eight meridians in the Ren pulse on the point, the main treatment of the spleen and stomach system of diseases, such as abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal tinnitus, acid swallowing (stomach upward oral pharyngeal acid swallowed), belching (hiccups), vomiting, constipation, gastric pain, etc.; psychosomatic disorders, such as epilepsy, insomnia, depression, etc.; but also used in the treatment of jaundice, asthma, and other diseases.
