What to do with breast cancer patients

  I. Clinical examination: every 4-6 months for the first two years, every 6 months for the next 3 years, and annually after 5 years.  Breast ultrasound: once every 6 months.  Mammography: once a year.  Chest X-ray: once a year.  V. Ultrasound of abdomen: once every 6 months, and then once a year after 3 years.  Baseline bone scan for patients with more than 4 axillary lymph node metastases and other high-risk factors, and whole-body bone scan once a year, which can be changed to once every 2 years after 5 years.  Routine blood tests, blood biochemistry and breast cancer markers should be performed once every 6 months, and once a year after 3 years.  VIII. Patients who apply triamcinolone acetonide undergo pelvic examination once a year.
