How to wash hands properly during the new crown pneumonia outbreak

During the outbreak prevention and control period, to avoid the spread of the virus, it is recommended that you wash your hands before and after handling ingredients, before eating, after using the toilet, after blowing your nose, before wearing a mask, and after seeking medical attention and contact with animals. These seven points in time are particularly susceptible to virus invasion, so to prevent it, it is important to remember to wash your hands effectively. The correct way to wash your hands is as follows: 1. Wash your palms: rub your palms together relative to each other; 2. Wash your dorsal fingers: cross your fingers and rub your palms against your back; 3. Wash your palm side fingers: cross your fingers and rub your palms together relative to each other; 4. Wash your dorsal fingers: bend your knuckles and rub them in your palms; 5. Wash your thumbs: rub your thumbs in your palms; 6. Rub your fingertips in your palms; 7. Note: When washing hands, you should use running water and soap (hand sanitizer) to wash, rubbing time of not less than 40 seconds.
