The vast majority of these cases are caused by improper oxygen inhalation during oxygen stabilization. The correct way to inhale oxygen is to breathe calmly and normally, not too fast or too deep. After breathing too fast or too deep, respiratory alkalosis may occur, which may manifest as headache, dizziness, nausea, chest tightness, breath-holding, and even symptoms such as numbness in the hands, feet, face, especially around the mouth. If this symptom occurs, do not be too nervous and worried, after stopping the oxygen intake and normal breathing, it can be restored to the normal state within a short time.
