Scabies nodules can be removed by medication, surgery, and physical therapy when the bag of scabies won’t go away.
1. Medications: Oral medications include antihistamines such as loratadine and cetirizine and antiparasitic medications such as ivermectin, and topical medications include sulfur ointment, clomid emulsion, and triclosan permethrin cream. When scabies nodules in the scrotum and other places are difficult to subside, tretinoin can be injected into the nodules. All medications should be used in accordance with medical advice.
2. Surgery: Surgery can be performed to remove the scabies nodules if medication is not effective.
3. Physical therapy: Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy may also be used when the scabies nodules are difficult to remove.
When the bag of scabies does not subside, you need to go to the hospital in time, under the guidance of the doctor to choose the appropriate method of treatment.
