Multiple polyps of the colon 0.3-0.4 means that these polyps are multiple, mostly 0.3-0.4 centimeters in diameter, and usually require surgical sampling for pathology. Multiple polyps of the colon may generally be a proliferation of the colonic mucosa due to conjunctival inflammation, or due to hereditary and other factors. Most of the polyps are benign, there are a few malignant lesions, colon polyp 0.3-0.4 is a small case, and most of the polyps are benign, usually part of the surgical removal of the pathology examination. Colon polyps are mostly found during colonoscopy, and the chance of malignancy is very small for such a large polyp. If multiple, several polyps should be removed for pathologic examination. If the result is benign, regular review is sufficient, especially for adenomatous polyps, which have a higher chance of malignancy; if it is malignant, further surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy (5-FU, vincristine, etc.) and other treatments are needed.
