Blurred eyes can be recovered if the patient is hypertensive, but if the hypertension is severe, such as grade 3 hypertension or above, hypertensive crisis or even hypertensive encephalopathy can occur. Patients may experience increased intracranial pressure, which has obvious triadic signs, such as headache, vomiting, and optic nerve papillary edema, which can lead to blurred eyes, and therefore must be treated for the cause. We need to improve the relevant examination, and take CT or MRI of the head to clarify whether there are cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute cerebral hemorrhage or stroke, etc. The blurred eyes can be recovered with corresponding treatment. In addition, drugs such as mannitol can be applied to dehydrate and lower the intracranial pressure, and a fundus examination should be performed to see if there are lesions in the fundus. If the blood pressure is slowly controlled to a normal level and the original cause is removed, the blurred eyes can usually be restored.
