The root cause of human aging is the aging of human cells, which may undergo the following changes, such as morphological shrinkage, structural abnormality, and weakened proliferative capacity.
1. Morphological shrinkage: When human cells age, the permeability of the cell membrane will increase, the water inside the cell will gradually decrease, and cellular shrinkage will occur in morphology, which is manifested by decreased elasticity, organ atrophy, and smaller size, such as skin folds, brain atrophy, and so on.
2. Structural abnormality: abnormal cell membrane function, resulting in changes in cell structure, pigment deposition in the cell plasma, and reduced activity of various enzymes in the cell. The physical manifestations are mainly the decline of endocrine function and the gradual decline of sexual function.
3. Weakened proliferative capacity: cell proliferation, replication capacity is weakened, loss, part of the cell no longer has the ability to divide, the body’s compensatory capacity declines, a variety of malfunctions, such as age-related renal insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency, and so on.
Human aging is the natural degenerative process of the human body, is a normal physiological phenomenon, we can use a healthy lifestyle to slow down the aging of the human body by changing the lifestyle, more exercise and so on.
