How parents can help their toddlers brush their teeth

When parents help their baby brush his teeth, they can sit the child on their lap or let him lie on the bed so that he can see his teeth clearly. As they grow up, parents stand on the back side of their child, facing the mirror, and lightly hold his chin with their left hand so that the child’s head is slightly upward, which helps to help him brush his teeth. Brush your child’s teeth every morning and evening to develop a good habit of brushing from an early age, twice a day, paying attention to brushing every surface of each tooth. Brushing method (1) Brush the outer side of all teeth first, upper teeth from top to bottom and lower teeth from bottom to top, 6-8 times for each part, then move forward one toothbrush position, with overlap with each other. (2) Then brush the inner side of all teeth, brush the upper and lower front teeth with the brush head up in the same way as the outer side. (3) Finally, brush the chewing surfaces of the large teeth. Place the bristles on the tooth surface, press lightly to bend the bristles, and start to turn around on the tooth surface from the last tooth, repeatedly turning each part more than 5 times, and place the brush vertically when brushing the lingual side of the lower front teeth. Also brush the 3 sides of the teeth – the outer side, inner side and chewing side. When babies start to learn to brush their teeth by themselves, the “drawing circle method” is easy to master, and parents can use the “brush brush method” when brushing their children’s teeth.
