Inversion cannot improve the lack of blood supply to the brain. Insufficient blood supply to the brain may be caused by insufficient blood supply to the vertebrobasilar artery, which is a narrowing of the blood vessels of the basilar artery leading to a decrease in blood supply, or suffering from cerebral thrombosis blocking the blood vessels causing insufficient blood supply. The main symptoms of insufficient blood supply to the brain include dizziness, nausea, and headache, accompanied by tinnitus and irritability. The main cause of insufficient blood supply to the brain is the lesion of blood vessels. Although the blood will flow downward after inversion because of gravity, the insufficient blood supply will not improve because the blockage of cerebral blood vessels has not been solved. If the patient suffers from hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other vascular diseases, doing some strenuous exercise, such as inversion, running, etc., may lead to cerebral vascular atherosclerosis, which may cause cerebral vascular stenosis or even vascular occlusion, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain and fainting in patients.
