Sympathetic cervical spondylosis has complex and varied symptoms. Commonly, there are five sensory symptoms, head symptoms, peripheral vascular disease, cardiovascular symptoms, sweating disorders and so on. Sympathetic cervical spondylosis is caused by cervical spine degeneration and cervical spine instability to the sympathetic nerve compression, the following symptoms are common. 1. The pharynx can appear discomfort or foreign body sensation, salivation, patients will also appear tinnitus, hearing loss. 2. Head symptoms: headache manifested as occipital pain, cervico-occipital pain or migraine, which may be accompanied by dizziness, dizziness, cold, cold, poor sleep, fatigue can trigger headache attacks. Severe headache can be accompanied by nausea, but vomiting is rare. 3. Peripheral vasculitis: vasospasm with symptoms of limb coldness, numbness, itchiness or numbness pain when cold. Physical examination may find that the local skin temperature is reduced, but there is no pain, hypothermia. 4. Cardiovascular symptoms: such as palpitations, chest tightness, fluctuations in blood pressure with changes in body position. 5. Sweating disorders. Symptoms of sweating disorders, such as excessive sweating or lack of sweating on the face, pain and numbness that are not distributed along the nerve pathways. If the symptoms of sympathetic cervical spondylosis appear, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital for medical examination and symptomatic treatment after perfect examination.
