Pain: Pain in the anterior, medial and posterior lateral knee often occurs during functional exercises within 3 months after surgery. If the discomfort persists, you should reduce the amount and consult your doctor in charge in time.  6.About swelling: There will be different degrees of joint swelling throughout the exercise process, and the swelling will not gradually subside until the joint bending angle and muscle strength basically return to normal. However, persistent swelling or joint fever should be promptly consulted with the attending physician.
