What is insomnia and dreaminess?

  Insomnia is mainly manifested as difficulty in falling asleep, difficulty in waking up easily at night and falling asleep again, less time to maintain sleep, etc. Dreaminess is also an aspect of insomnia. Common causes are as follows: 1. Psychological factors: change of sleep environment or excessive pressure of life and work lead to excessive nervousness or hyperactivity, mood swings, anxiety, etc., which cause excessive concern and worry about insomnia and excessive dreaming; 2. Therefore, the causes of insomnia and dreaminess include changes in various factors such as physiological, psychological and environmental factors, as well as multiple aspects such as drugs, neuropsychiatric and somatic disorders. Long-term insomnia will affect the function of the brain and body and should be adjusted early.
