Dizziness after fatigue is usually caused by four reasons: 1) inadequate cerebrovascular blood supply, 2) lack of oxygen to the brain, 3) cervical spondylosis, and 4) heart disease. The most common cause is inadequate blood supply to the cerebral arteries, which in turn is a common factor leading to lacunar cerebral infarction, a large cerebral infarction. Dizziness after fatigue is recommended to check cerebral hemogram and cerebral blood supply, and check both vertebrobasilar artery and internal carotid artery for atherosclerosis, and whether dizziness and inadequate blood supply to superior neurons are caused by atherosclerosis. Common causes can also commonly be found in lack of oxygen to brain cells, such as when cardiopulmonary insufficiency, brain cells will also have symptoms and manifestations of ischemia and lack of oxygen, and symptoms of dizziness, headache, vertigo, and transient blackness after exertion. Commonly seen in cervical spondylosis, when the neck is compressed there will also be insufficient blood supply to the vertebral artery, which will also lead to vertigo. Commonly seen in cardiomyopathy, which is especially dominated by exertional angina after fatigue and also has symptoms of chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations with dizziness and weakness.
