Patient: Description: Nearly half a year after surgery still painful, feel very tired and feel better after a flat trip. Consult why half a year after surgery still painful? Su Quansheng, Department of Medical Oncology, General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region: Renal malformation tumor is a common benign tumor of kidney. The tumor is mostly asymptomatic in the kidney, but acute abdominal pain, enlarged lumbar mass and internal bleeding symptoms may occur if the tumor ruptures. Ultrasonography shows occupying renal parenchymal lesions, mostly strongly echogenic masses, and CT examination shows substantial intrarenal occupying lesions and fatty components with low CT values. Small tumors can be followed up for a long time without treatment. If the tumor is large and tends to grow or is painful, partial nephrectomy or simple resection of the tumor may be performed. Cure: Surgical removal of tumor, disappearance of clinical symptoms and wound healing. Improving: (1) both kidney tumors are partially removed surgically, but the tumor remains; (2) poor kidney function. Not healed: (3) renal tumors were not removed, and symptoms and signs did not improve. Review the renal CT to find the cause of pain.
