1. Secretion of estrogen and progesterone: If the uterus is not cleared after one week of fetal arrest, the embryo still exists in the uterine cavity, which may also stimulate the secretion of estrogen and human chorionic gonadotropin, thus causing nausea, vomiting and other reactions similar to early pregnancy.
2. Gastrointestinal reaction: if you don’t seek medical treatment in time after one week of IVF fetal arrest, the gastrointestinal tract may be stimulated by the retention of the embryo, which may cause nausea; or one week of fetal arrest may cause nausea due to inappropriate diet, infection and other reasons.
