What to do if you have pain during anal contractions

Pain during anal contraction may be caused by hemorrhoids, anal fissure, perianal abscess and other diseases, which should be dealt with by general treatment, medication and surgery.
1. Hemorrhoids: For pain during anal contraction caused by hemorrhoids, the first thing to do is to change your lifestyle and diet. If the symptoms are obvious, medication should be used under doctor’s supervision. It is recommended to apply topical lidocaine cream to improve the pain. Oral medications such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen can also be taken to relieve pain. If the symptoms are severe, surgical removal can be considered.
2. Anal fissure: anal fissure can also lead to anal contraction pain, patients can apply local nitroglycerin ointment, can relax the anal sphincter, improve local blood circulation, promote anal fissure healing. If the pain is severe, you can use lidocaine cream for pain relief. If necessary, take surgical treatment, such as anal flap technology, internal anal sphincter amputation and so on.
3. Perianal abscess: When there is a perianal abscess, it is painful when the anus contracts. Generally before the abscess formation, antibiotics such as amoxicillin can be used for anti-infection treatment. Once a perianal abscess forms, it needs to be incised and drained promptly.
