The clinical manifestations of acute renal failure vary widely, and are related to the different etiologies and clinical stages at which it occurs. Obvious symptoms often appear in renal decompensation, common symptoms include fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, decreased urine output and deepening of urine color, and chest tightness and wheezing can occur when the volume is too much.
1. Initial stage: In the early stage of renal failure, there are often no obvious clinical symptoms. If actively treated, further progression of the disease can be prevented.
2. Progressive and maintenance stage: With the decline of renal function, a series of uremic manifestations appear clinically, mainly due to retention of uremic toxins and disturbance of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, chest tightness, breathlessness, fatigue and so on may appear.
3. Recovery stage: With the recovery of renal function, the function of kidney drainage and detoxification is restored, at this time, the symptoms are mainly progressive increase in urine output, and the above symptoms are relieved in the progressive and maintenance stage.
Patients with acute renal failure are recommended to go to regular hospitals in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
