Scrotal itching is a very common manifestation in men, and there are many causes, most of which are caused by scrotal eczema, allergic dermatitis, scabies, allergies, etc. Some of them are also related to prolonged mental tension, emotional changes or changes in climate and environment. It does not mean that having scrotal itching is a sign of syphilis, there is no correlation. In the early stages of syphilis, there may be ulcerated surfaces around the genitals that do not heal, which is an early manifestation of syphilis.
