There are two main reasons for dizziness and blurred vision in early pregnancy: firstly, the motor nerves regulating blood vessels in pregnant women are unstable and when they change position, they are prone to transient cerebral ischaemia causing dizziness; secondly, due to pregnancy reactions in early pregnancy, pregnant women eat too little and often have dizziness and blurred vision caused by hypoglycaemia, which is more likely to occur in cases such as sudden standing or prolonged standing. For pregnant women, once dizziness and blurred vision occur and they feel unsteady on their feet, they should immediately pay attention to squatting or lying down to rest and avoid falling down.
