If watery breasts occur during the physiological period and growth period, it is mainly due to the increase of estrogen causing the nipples to secrete clear, bright fluid, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. If the phenomenon of watery breasts occurs during the reproductive age, it is mainly considered to have cystic hyperplasia of the breast, which is manifested by the secretion of yellowish fluid from the nipple and is accompanied by breast swelling and discomfort. If the phenomenon of watery breasts occurs in breastfeeding women, two conditions should be considered: first, acute mastitis, which is an acute purulent infection of the breast tissue, manifested by white, sticky, purulent fluid leaking from the nipples; second, when breastfeeding, due to excessive milk production, milky milk is seen to be secreted from the nipples. If the nipple exudes bloody fluid, it should be considered to have intraductal papillary tumor or breast cancer. When the breast appears to be watery, you should go to the regular hospital for breast surgery or general surgery in time to clarify the cause and achieve early detection and treatment of the disease.
