For headache after being hit, it is recommended that the patient first go to the neurosurgery department or emergency department of a regular hospital and complete a cranial CT examination to clarify the presence of skull fracture, intracranial hematoma, and the size of the scalp hematoma. If there is no skull fracture or intracranial hematoma, and the headache is only caused by a scalp hematoma, it is recommended that the patient apply ice within 4-5 hours after being hit. For patients with a large hematoma and a closed hematoma, a compression bandage may be given. If the cranial CT suggests a skull fracture or intracranial hemorrhage, the patient needs to undergo surgery as soon as possible. For headache, analgesic drugs can be given to relieve the pain. Patients need to take care of rest and avoid violent mood swings.
