Myocardial ischemia, a common symptom of clinical cardiovascular disease. Electrocardiography is the most direct and reliable method. The symptomatic manifestations when myocardial ischemia occurs can be diverse, commonly including chest tightness, panic, palpitations in the heart, left chest pain, inexplicable restlessness and irritability, recent physical fatigue with no apparent cause, mental fatigue, insomnia, low libido and beginning of function, etc. These symptoms can occur singly or concurrently. There are many causes of myocardial ischemia; middle-aged and old people are mostly due to coronary artery lesions, such as coronary heart disease, hypercardia, pulmonary heart disease, etc.; middle-aged and young people are mostly due to coronary spasm, such as cervical spondylosis, myocardial injury, mental and psychological tension, etc. According to Chinese medicine, the causes of myocardial ischemia are mainly heart qi deficiency, heart blood deficiency, heart yin deficiency, heart qi depression, heart blood stasis, phlegm-damp depression, heart yang deficiency and so on. Generally, the clinical symptoms of myocardial ischemia are rarely a single Qi deficiency or Blood deficiency, but mostly have relatively complex concurrent symptoms, such as Qi deficiency and Phlegm obstruction, Yin deficiency and Blood stasis, Heart and Liver Qi stagnation, Heart and Kidney Yang deficiency, and so on. Therefore, in the treatment process, it is necessary to analyze the evidence according to the manifestations of the symptoms in order to prescribe treatment. It is worth noting that if the evidence is accurately identified and the right medicine is used, Chinese medicine often has very good immediate and long-term effects in relieving the treatment of myocardial ischemia. The author recently treated several cases of myocardial ischemia in outpatient clinics and wards, all of which received satisfactory results by using TCM methods alone when the improvement of ischemia with Western medicine was ineffective. The reason for this is that TCM treatment takes into account the physical condition of each patient, the influence of internal organs, and the characteristics of symptom expression, and is the result of comprehensive treatment from a dialectical point of view. Western medicine, on the other hand, focuses on improving the blood supply to the coronary arteries, ignoring the related effects. However, in acute and severe myocardial ischemia, it is also obvious that the approach of western medicine cannot be ignored. For the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia, I have summed up several aspects in my clinical practice for many years: 1, prevention is more important than treatment first, and the coordination of internal organs ensures safety. 2.Preventing ischemia and regulating emotion and will, and it is difficult for the heart and chest to achieve blood stasis. 3, Chinese medicine treatment in the identification of evidence, deficiency, cold and heat theory and method. 4.Pill and soup infusion should be used slowly and urgently, and the treatment of both diseases should not be biased.
