How many types of coronary artery disease are there?

The clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease are varied and can be asymptomatic or sudden death can be the first manifestation. According to its clinical manifestations, Western medicine classifies coronary heart disease into five types: occult coronary heart disease, angina pectoris coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction coronary heart disease, heart failure and arrhythmia coronary heart disease, and sudden death coronary heart disease. 1. Occult coronary heart disease: Some patients with coronary heart disease have symptoms such as panic, chest tightness, breath-holding and chest pain, while some people have no symptoms, but evidence of myocardial ischemia is found by electrocardiogram and other examinations during physical examinations or visits for other diseases. After a thorough examination, they are diagnosed with coronary artery disease, but because they usually have no symptoms, they are called “occult coronary artery disease” or “asymptomatic coronary artery disease” or “asymptomatic myocardial ischemia The condition is called “occult coronary heart disease” or “asymptomatic coronary heart disease” or “asymptomatic ischemia”. 2, angina-type coronary heart disease: coronary heart disease characterized by episodes of retrosternal pain is called “angina-type coronary heart disease”, or simply “angina”. 3, myocardial infarction type coronary heart disease: If the coronary artery occlusion, resulting in acute ischemia and necrosis of the myocardium, manifested as severe chest pain, it is called “myocardial infarction type coronary heart disease”, or simply “myocardial infarction”. 4.Heart failure and arrhythmia coronary heart disease: If the heart is found to be enlarged, heart failure and arrhythmia through examination, it is called “heart failure and arrhythmia coronary heart disease”, also known as “ischemic cardiomyopathy”. 5, sudden death coronary heart disease: due to coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia and cause the heart to stop beating, the patient died suddenly, it is called “sudden death coronary heart disease”.
