What’s wrong with red bloodshot baby eyes?

The eyes are originally bloodshot because there are blood vessels in the eyes, and when you don’t sleep well, the blood vessels become congested, infected, and crying, the bloodshot will be worse than usual. Common causes of red bloodshot baby eyes are: lack of sleep, fire, rhinitis, cold and fever, eye virus infection, and crying can cause. Infants and children with bloodshot eyes may be caused by the occurrence of viral or bacterial infections, which may lead to bacteria entering the eyes when the child’s hands rub the eyes, and a relatively dusty environment can also cause eye infections. If the blood is less and lasts for a shorter period of time, it may only be caused by temporary adverse eye irritation and is generally not a serious problem. If the eyes continue to be more congested and the child has the urge to reach out and rub the eyes, conjunctivitis may have occurred. If it is accompanied by more eye droppings and the child has obvious symptoms of dry, itchy, painful eyes and other discomfort, he or she should seek prompt medical examination. In general, red blood in the baby’s eyes and often rubbing the eyes with hands may be an infection of the eyes. You can first choose children’s eye drops, such as Topaz drops for the baby’s eyes, while paying attention to observation, most of the symptoms ease or disappear after 1-2 days.
