Can complex fibroid surgery be done transvaginally?

A patient operated this morning with multiple uterine fibroids, the largest more than 6cm. She had been operated twice when she was young because of liver rupture, and she has severe scarring, and her abdominal scar is 3-4cm wide. Although the operation was difficult, it was safer than the other two procedures and should be done for the benefit of the patient. After thorough preparation, the operation was performed this morning and it was a success.
