The presence of a strong light spot in the right ventricle of the fetus usually does not require any special treatment. The vast majority of fetal intraventricular spots are simply ultrasound images that do not indicate abnormal fetal heart development, much less diagnose fetal heart disease. The vast majority of fetal ventricular spots, when not accompanied by other developmental abnormalities, are ultrasound images of no real significance. The reason for the formation of such strong spots is due to calcification of the papillary muscles or the formation of thickened valvular tendons. It is more pronounced in the middle of pregnancy and mostly disappears after late pregnancy. If this strong light spot echo is accompanied by other developmental abnormalities of the fetus, further investigations are needed.
