Can high cervical lesions be cured?

High-grade lesions of the cervix can be cured. Such lesions are a severe case of precancerous lesions and cannot be called cancerous. If colposcopic biopsy taken from the surface of the cervix shows high grade lesions of the cervix, further cervical duct scratching is best to rule out cervical duct cancerous lesions. If there is cancerous lesion in the cervical canal, radical surgery for cervical cancer is needed. If there is no higher level lesion in the cervical canal, cervical conization surgery can be performed to achieve the therapeutic effect. If the cut margin is negative after conization and no escalating lesions are found in the excised lesioned cervix, that is, no cervical cancer is found, this disease can be cured at present and regular review can be done in the future, but of course there are cases of stump lesions or recurrence.
